About Coleen Rood Designs
Who I Am
My name is Coleen and I am from Seattle. I am a Designer, an Artist and a small business owner. Be it craft, hobby, art or design, I have always worked and played with my creative side. I am currently working in svg files for cutting machines as digital downloads. Please look at my portfolio for past, professional and private work. My new work can be seen in my Etsy shop.
My background
With 37 years of working in some form of drawing, design and art, my skills come from Drafting, a BFA in Graphic Design, a certificate in Museum Studies, and working in both coorprate and freelance environments. I strive to visually communicate my clients needs and solve their design problems. I have a passion for graphic design and I love a good font.
My new adventure
With a belief that I am never too young or too old to learn something new, I have started my masters program at the University of Art and Design. Geared to online design business, I am developing new skills and learning new methods for my business as well as my designs.
